Next Game Day

First time coming? Here’s how it works.

We play every Saturday, 12 to 4 pm, at a different cafe every week.

Come between 12 and 1.

That first hour is a big group game anyone can jump into without knowing the rules. You’ll be playing and meeting people right away.

After that, we split into smaller tables.

Word games, card games, strategy, puzzley games, social deduction.

Most can be taught in about 5 minutes, so there’s no homework. Someone at the table will teach you.

Come and go whenever you like.

Some people come early and leave early; some come late and stay late.

Bring a game, if you want.

If you have one you love, bring it and teach it. Someone will happily play.

It’s free.

You just buy your own food and drinks at the cafe. No membership or game fee.

What we play

Pick by mood and by time.

Party games

⏱ 15–30 min

Laugh with the whole table. Learn the rules in two minutes, team up and shout out answers.

🏆 JinxO won Spiel des Jahres 2026.

Social deduction

⏱ 20–45 min

Everyone has a secret role. Lie well, and work out who else is lying.

Puzzle games

⏱ Under 1 hour

Every turn is a small puzzle. Place the right tile, finish the pattern and work out the answer before anyone else.

Two-player games

⏱ 20–45 min

Pair up with one other person for a head-to-head match. Great when you arrive early or want a rematch.

Big group games

⏱ 6 to 15+ players

Bring everyone in. These work for a crowd, so nobody waits for a seat.

Designing a board game?

We run regular meetups for board game designers, hold game jams and playtest prototypes, from members’ own games to entries in online design competitions. Bring yours and we’ll play it.
